Roles & Responsibilities

  • The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, account management during duration of the assignment, deliverable quality and process management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing Commercial , Retail transactions as well as Land transactions for given region
  • Providing various options to meet supply requirement of clients

Position : Manager Land

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing land parcels for corporate as well as for developers for lease/outright sales/purchase.
  • Identifying SRA or society redevelopment projects.
  • Preparing technical/financial / pre -feasibility/feasibility studies of land reports.
  • Responsible for networking with reputed brokers and consultants on a regular basis to screen potential new sites and finalize new avenues of business.
  • Scouting and arranging land proposals and conducting title investigation, due diligence with aid of legal professionals.
  • Negotiating terms and specific language to be included in purchase and sale agreements with landlord/tenant and managing relationship with both parties involved in the transaction
  • Maintaining relationship with developers/ landlords and Investors
  • Keep abreast of new developments in profession, business and the regulatory environment
  • Representing the organization in different forums, as and when necessary

Job Specific Skills

  • Self motivated individual with relevant experience in land acquisition with a developer or a broker
  • Good knowledge of the overall real estate market especially his/her area of operation
  • Excellent proficiency in MS- Office skills and reports generation
  • Should be well acquainted with rules and regulations for land acquisition and have a good understanding of FSI, TDR

Accounts

Position : AGM -Accounts & Operations

No. of Position : H.O.(1)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop a general, administrative, accounting, and finance budget in response to the Company's business plan.
  • Monitor each business unit and the overall Company performance against the budget.
  • Ensure preparation of a set of accurate and timely monthly management reports
  • Oversee day to day operations of the accounting department, primarily as it pertains to accounts receivables, accounts payables, and cash flow at the regional and corporate level
  • Work cohesively with business heads to ensure revenue targets are achieved
  • Assume a lead role in exploring and implementing means of managing and improving the financial performance of the company as well as oversee internal accounting controls, all areas of receivables management, and other business office systems and procedures to achieve efficiencies throughout

Job Specific Skills

  • Hands-on Finance Individual with a minimum of 10+ years experience in real estate domain - CA or MBA required.
